📦 What should I do if my tracking hasn’t updated? 
It’s common for tracking updates to be delayed, especially while packages are in transit. USPS often recommends waiting a few days to a couple of weeks, as scans can be missed at sorting facilities. If your package hasn't updated in more than 7 business days, feel free to reach out and we’ll look into it together.



 Are your earrings nickel-free?

Most of our earrings are assembled using a variety of materials, including metals and accent pieces. To check whether a specific pair is nickel-free, please refer to the product description on the item page.


 Do you accept custom orders?

At this time, custom orders are not available.


 How can I make my earrings last longer?

To keep your earrings looking their best:

  • Avoid wearing them in the shower, pool, or while sleeping.

  • Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  • Handle with care — while polymer clay is durable, it can scratch or break if dropped or bent.


🧼 How do I clean my earrings?

  • Use a soft, damp cloth or gentle wipe to clean the clay portions.

  • For brass or metal accents, you can use a brass cleaner (like Brasso) and a soft cloth to gently polish them.


🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that international delivery times can vary and customs fees/duties (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer. Make sure to check your local customs regulations if you’re unsure.


📬 Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible to request a change. Once an order is shipped, we cannot make any changes.


💔 What if my item arrives damaged?

We do our best to package items securely, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

    🛍️ Order Processing

    • All orders are processed within 7 business days. (Weekends & holidays are excluded).

    • Processing time may be up to 10 days during our busiest time of the year: the months from August until January.
    • Please note: The shipping timeframe begins after the processing time is complete.

    🚚 Shipping

    • Once your order has been processed and packed, it will be shipped via your chosen carrier.

    • Estimated delivery times after shipping:

      • Domestic (US): 3–7 business days

      • International: 1–3 weeks (delays may occur due to customs or holidays)

    • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.

    🔄 Returns & Exchanges

    • Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final.

    • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to help.

    • Exchanges or replacements are evaluated case-by-case.

    💬 Cancellations

    • You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

    • After that, orders may already be in progress and cannot be canceled.

    • Polymer clay items are durable but not unbreakable. Treat them gently.

    • Avoid submerging in water, dropping, or exposing to extreme heat.

    • Clean with a soft, damp cloth only.
